Gentle Yoga

This class is adaptable for many levels and bodies, including those new to yoga, or if you have not been active lately. You will stretch and move while laying, sitting, and standing. This is blended with breathing techniques and mind/body awareness. Wear what you are comfortable in, and enjoy the semi-private, peaceful studio. Tranquil Reset

Tranquil Reset is tailored for all bodies and ages experiencing symptoms from stress, menopause, and daily life, as we all do. The focus here is unwinding and listening to your body first. Go at your own pace, then take some of what you learn into your day to day.

The body and mind connect again as you move through gentle poses and movements while lying, seated, and standing. These will assist in the management of stiff joints, tension, and hormonal symptoms. Meditation and breath work are sprinkled in to further calm the mind, and help improve sleep quality.

Take pleasure in this inclusive, supportive, and private space where you can wear what you are comfortable in, and not feel the need to compete. Leave feeling decompressed and relaxed!

Lunar Release

**90 minutes - $25. Pre-registration is required**

This 90 minute experience is scheduled on, or close to, the full moon because it is a powerful time for reflection and letting go. This class will aid in releasing tension in the body, negative energy, and what no longer serves you. Expect tea, a little writing, restorative poses, breath work, and a 10 to 15 minute guided meditation. The poses are each held for 5 to 10 minutes, while the body is supported by cozy props and blankets. Everything will be done down on the mat, no moving to a standing position. Enjoy soothing music and a nurturing atmosphere, where you can begin to unwind after your week. No prior yoga experience is needed. All you need is a mat, an open heart, and a willingness to release!

Date Night Yoga

**$20 per person. Pre-registration is required. Each person attending must register separately.**

Strengthen connection and improve wellness at this relaxed, inclusive yoga class. Bring your partner, friend, or whoever you enjoy spending time with! Enjoy a beverage (and likely some laughs!) while unwinding through gentle poses and soothing stretches with your partner and solo. No prior yoga experience is necessary. We will be standing, sitting, and laying, using provided props as needed. We always have so much fun at these classes :))
