Breath, Relax, Stretch, Meditate, & Center Yourself
"As a senior woman, I was amazed that I could do yoga as I had not done yoga or other fitness programs for years. I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body – I gained so much flexibility and strength. All poses are adaptive to any physical issues I have. This is a safe, professional, non-judgmental, , enjoyable fun class. Mudita Yoga is gentle and so relaxing. I am urging everyone to try Mudita Yoga. You will be amazed."

"I started attending Heather's yoga classes about a year ago. At the time, I was just going for some light exercise and to reduce stress. Once I started attending regularly I noticed that a pain in my back had disappeared. Then I noticed that my neck and shoulder felt better and I had fewer headaches when I attended regularly! The great part about it was that I wasn't intending for yoga to fix anything but yet I was feeling better and better. I encourage everyone to try this class!"

"When I first started gentle yoga I couldn't kneel down in the hack to throw my curling rock. Now I can!! As I continue at Mudita yoga I know I will keep strengthening and improving my body and posture. It is surprising how gentle yoga can help so much. Thanks Heather"

"Heather is an excellent yoga instructor whose passion for and knowledge of the practice is evident each class. She suggests adjustments and alternatives to poses to meet all participants’ needs. I always leave class feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and looking forward to next week’s class. I highly recommend her classes to everyone, regardless of age or skill level."

"I have been attending the Mudita Yoga classes for quite a while. My daughter convinced me to sign up as I was quite hesitant. I have some arthritis and not much flexibility and thought I would not be able to participate very well. Heather is so understanding and makes modifications to suit the individual. I highly recommend her class and am glad I joined. I definitely see improvement in my flexibility. "

Bring wellness to your employees to avoid burnout and improve productivity.
Like a loyal friend waiting in the wings for when I needed, yoga has always been there for me, in all different capacities, throughout my life. Yoga has helped me quiet my lively mind, improve my running, deliver my children, soothe grief, and strengthen my body.
Practicing yoga regularly encourages awareness of how you use your body daily, and how you are treating your Self. This allows the body and mind to be reacquainted and work as a team in all areas of life.
I strive to offer person centered practices, in an inclusive, anti-oppressive space for all my students.
I am so pleased to have the opportunity to share what I have learned with people, and make a positive impact on their lives.
