Gentle Yoga

**$15 for drop in. $13 per class when registering for a series. Pre-registration is required.**

This class is adaptable for many levels and bodies, including those new to yoga, or if you have not been active lately. You will stretch and move while laying, sitting, and standing. This is blended with breathing techniques and mind/body awareness. Wear what you are comfortable in, and enjoy the semi-private, peaceful studio.
