UnWined Yin Yoga

This 45 minute candlelight class will encourage you to ground yourself with clarity and calm, and welcome possibilities for 2026. (Light on the reflection, heavy on the moving forward!).

Long, gentle stretching with plenty of modifications. Along with this unwinding for your body, you will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, or sparkling flavored water, as we toast to new beginnings. Just bring your mat and your cute self, everything else is included in the $20 fee. Doors will open at 3:45pm, and we will bookend the 45 minute class with beverages, finishing at 5:30pm.

No need to leave the partners, friends, or family behind, they can join you as well (if you haven't had your holiday fill by then!). All levels, and ages over 16 are welcome to attend the yoga, however, wine will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age.

A lovely break for yourself, a little wine, no dressing up, or awkward midnight kisses from people you don't even like, AND home by supper....sounds like a perfect New Year's Eve activity to me!
